New series of automatic double speed motor driven press with mobile ram, complete of gauge and double automatic speed gearbox with three phase motor (230-400V). thanks to his gears pump it is possible to have a quick approach and return of the piston, while for the working phase it has a radial piston pump to get the high pressure. Thanks to the adjustable ram device, it is possible to make different operations on one piece when the remotion of the same result too difficult and expensive.
All the presses have a calibration valve and three position drive distributor (feed-neutral-return) All the machines are supplied with a chain for the hoisting of the working table, nr. 2 “V”blocks and nr. 1 plate. Supplied with oil. All the ram are in special steel treated and chromium-platted. The machine are equipped with two hand control as per CE rules.
Thanks to the system “Safety Off” it is possible to adjust the machine safely and easily.
